Holiday Dispatch & Christmas Period Notice

During peak periods, including Christmas and other public holidays, DJR Comps may experience increased order volumes and extended supplier lead times.

• Dispatch times may exceed standard estimates during these periods.
• All dispatch and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
• Orders placed during the holiday season are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas, even when priority services are selected.
• Once dispatched, courier delays may occur due to factors outside of our control.

Build & Processing Times

All DJR Comps systems are built to order unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Built-to-order systems: Dispatch within up to 14 days
• Priority dispatch: Dispatch within up to 10 days
• Clearance systems: Dispatch within 1–3 working days

Dispatch timeframes may vary during peak periods. If we are unable to meet an advertised dispatch estimate, you will be notified.

Delivery Information

DJR Comps primarily uses DPD Next Day as its preferred courier service.

Depending on destination, service availability, or operational couriers may be used, including Royal Mail, Evri, or ParcelForce.

Tracking information is provided once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times begin after dispatch, not from the order date.
